Parent & Tot Lessons
Water Conditioning For Parents and Tots
Designed according to the standards of the Lifesaving Society, introduce your baby or toddler to the water in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. With a parent or caregiver in the water, children explore basic skills like floating, kicking, and gentle submersion while becoming comfortable in the pool. Through songs, games, and guided activities, families build water confidence together and begin learning important water safety skills.

Preschool Swim Lessons
Preschool 1-5
The focus is on water safety, basic movement skills, and having fun while learning through songs, games, and simple activities. Children learn how to enter and exit the water safely, float with support, and move their arms and legs in the water and gradually build confidence while practicing important skills such as bubbles, floating, gliding, and kicking. Lessons encourage independence while still providing support and supervision when required.

Youth Swim Lessons
Swimmer 1-6
Lifesaving Society's Swimmer 1-6 courses, helps children develop confidence, strong swimming skills, and important water safety knowledge. Swimmers progress from basic skills like floating, gliding, and kicking to learning and improving strokes such as front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. As they advance, they build endurance, coordination, and deep-water skills including surface support. By Swimmer 6, participants are well prepared to continue into advanced Lifesaving Programs.

Adult Swim Lessons
Achieve Personal Swimming Goals
Adult Lessons, based on the guidelines of the Lifesaving Society, is designed for adults of all skill levels. Participants learn water safety, build comfort in the water, and develop essential swimming skills. Lessons focus on floating, breathing, and stroke development such as front crawl and back crawl. Swimmers progress at their own pace while improving confidence, technique, and endurance. The program provides a supportive environment for adults to become confident swimmers.

Stroke Improvement
For Seasoned Swimmers
The Stroke Improvement program is designed for swimmers who already have strong swimming skills and want to refine their technique. Focus on improving efficiency, body position, breathing, and timing in strokes such as front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke with targetted drills. Get feedback to help correct technique and build stronger stroke mechanics and also work on endurance, pacing, and overall swimming fitness.
