Water Conditioning For Parents & Tots

Designed according to the standards of the Lifesaving Society, introduce your baby or toddler to the water in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. With a parent or caregiver in the water, children explore basic skills like floating, kicking, and gentle submersion while becoming comfortable in the pool. Through songs, games, and guided activities, families build water confidence together and begin learning important water safety skills.

Preschool 1-5

For children ages 1 to 5, the focus is on water safety, basic movement skills, and having fun while learning through songs, games, and simple activities. Children learn how to enter and exit the water safely, float with support, and move their arms and legs in the water and gradually build confidence while practicing important skills such as bubbles, floating, gliding, and kicking. Lessons encourage independence while still providing support and supervision when required.

Swimmer 1-6

Lifesaving Society's Swimmer 1-6 courses, helps children develop confidence, strong swimming skills, and important water safety knowledge. Swimmers progress from basic skills like floating, gliding, and kicking to learning and improving strokes such as front crawl, back crawl, and breaststroke. As they advance, they build endurance, coordination, and deep-water skills including surface support. By Swimmer 6, participants are well prepared to continue into advanced Lifesaving Programs.

Adults Lessons
